We are more than a gin joint
Most people know us as 'Bright’s gin distillery'.
And, look, that's probably fair enough.
Gin has always been a big part of what we do, and we’re very proud of it. But, over the years, Reed & Co has grown into something a little bigger than what’s in the glass.
There’s Koji Spirits — our Australian Shochu, born from years of research, experimentation, and a genuine love of Japanese fermentation.
There’s Koji Bird — our Izakaya-style restaurant, where the food and drinks are given equal care, and dinner is designed to be lingered over.
And then there’s the bigger picture: a small-town distillery that has gradually grown into something bigger and far more interesting!
So, we thought it was about time we gave you the chance to experience that for yourself.
We’re giving you the chance to WIN dinner at Koji Bird Restaurant.
The prize includes a set menu dinner for two, along with matched Reed & Co Shochu cocktails - a proper night out, and a good excuse to settle in and see what else we’ve been building here beyond the gin.
