Who are the Reed and the Co behind Reed & Co Distillery?
Reed & Co Distillery was founded in 2016 by chefs and distillers Hamish Nugent and Rachel Reed. They began their journey with the installation of their first copper still, named Molly, at their hatted restaurant, Tani. Their initial experiments with local botanicals led to the creation of one of Australia's first native bush gins, Remedy Small Batch. Since then, they have continued to refine their craft and produce unique spirits right here in Bright.
What are Koji Spirits?
Koji Spirits are crafted using traditional Japanese techniques. We produce our own Koji using high-quality Australian grains, which undergo a controlled fermentation process. This results in a unique and flavorful spirit that reflects our commitment to quality and balanced flavors.
