IT'S YUZU SEASON
We can't believe how winter is creeping up on us so quickly in Victoria's High Country. We love every season in this part of the world. We are fortunate to be surrounded by a stunning microclimate that delivers distinctly different landscapes throughout the year, each offering something spectacular.
Whilst we are distilling all year round, the seasons influence the timing of what we are making.
Our last few weeks have been spent zesting and juicing and now the entire distillery smells like bright and fresh citrus.

YUZU harvest started early and we received regular deliveries of freshly picked fruit from our friends in the Ovens Valley to feature in both NEO Gin & Koji Spirits Yuzushu.
