Direct from the Spirit Lab - introducing our new limited-release, Barley Shochu.


Made with Victorian pearl barley and our in-house Koji, Barley Shochu is a true Australian expression of a traditional Honkaku-style Japanese spirit.


Our Spirit Lab collection is all about curiosity. It's where we experiment, play, and chase flavour in unexpected ways - creating spirits that are rare, thoughtful, and totally sippable. 


As Australia’s premium Shochu producers, we’re excited to keep pushing the boundaries of this spirit and sharing what we discover with you - to help you fall in love with Australian Shochu, just as we have.


This one’s smooth and layered, with soft, sweet melon notes and hints of coconut, cacao and vanilla. Try it on the rocks, with soda, in a Chuhai or an Old Fashioned.
