WHAT IS A SPIRIT SUBSCRIPTION?

A flexible way to receive your favourite Reed & Co spirits, like gin or shochu - delivered to your door every month or two. No contracts, no commitment, just convenience and quality.

Can I choose which spirit I receive?

Absolutely. You select your preferred product/s when signing up, and you can switch it anytime through your account dashboard.

Is there a discount for subscribing?

No, we don’t offer discounts on our spirits. Instead, we focus on delivering consistent quality, early access to limited editions, and a seamless, joyful experience for our subscribers.

Do subscribers get anything extra?

Yes, subscribers are among the first to access our limited releases, small-batch experiments, and seasonal offerings.

ARE THERE LOCK-IN CONTRACTS?

Never. You’re in full control. You can pause, switch, or cancel anytime, with no fees or penalties.


Can I gift a subscription to someone else?

Yes! Our subscriptions make exceptional gifts. Just enter their delivery details at checkout (we recommend a monthly timeline for gift subscriptions).

CAN I BUY A SUBSCRIPTION AND SOMETHING ELSE AT THE SAME TIME?

Unfortunately not. If you want to grab something else as well as a subscription, you'll have to do it in 2 separate transactions, sorry! You can only buy one subscription per transaction, too.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer flat-rate standard shipping Australia-wide for $12 per order. Orders over $160 receive FREE shipping!

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You will charged on the same day of the month as you purchase your original subscription. For example, if you buy a monthly subscription on July 1, you'll be charged on the 1st of every month after that.

What if I’m not home for a delivery?

You’ll receive tracking info and updates and can manage your spirit delivery like any other. You can also pause your subscription for a specific time frame if you're away.

WILL THE PRICE OF MY SUBSCRIPTION CHANGE?

No! One of the benefits of subscribing is that you're locking in the price of your spirit (and shipping) for life - or as long as your subscription is active. 

How do I manage my subscription?

Just head to our website, log into your account, select the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS tab and change your delivery frequency, payment method, switch products, update your details, or cancel at any time.

IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, CAN I REACTIVATE IT?

Unfortunately, no. Once your subscription has been cancelled, you'll have to start a new one to re-subscribe.
