Ingredients
60ml Barley Shochu
5ml Amaretto
3 drops Spiced Chocolate Bitters
Tsp Rapadura sugar
Orange zest to garnish
EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE
Mixing Glass
Bar Spoon
Julep or Hawthorn Strainer
Short Rocks Glass or Old Fashioned Glass
INSTRUCTIONS:
Measure and pour Shochu, Amaretto and Bitters into your mixing glass
Add sugar
Add a few ice cubes to your mixing glass and stir well
Fill your rocks glass with ice
Strain the drink from your mixing glass into your rocks glass
Twist orange zest and squeeze the juice into glass, rub it around the rim, then garnish
Enjoy!
NOTE: If you don't have Rapadura Sugar, you can replace with Demerara or Muscovado sugar.
