Ingredients

30ml Dark Night

10ml Amaro

5ml Orange Brandy

5ml Sugar Syrup

20ml Cacao Tea

15ml Cold Brew Coffee

EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE

Coupe glass, Chilled

Cocktail Shaker, Cocktail Strainer

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, dry shake.

Add ice and shake well.

Strain into chilled glass.

Tip; Strain ice off and give a third shake for extra crema

We like to use Nonino Amaro or Montenegro Amaro.
