15 Dry Vermouth
Nori or Olive
Coupe Glass, Chilled
Equipment; Mixing Glass, Bar Spoon, Julep, Jigger
Add ice to mixing glass
Measure in shochu and vermouth.
Strain into coupe
Garnish with nori or olive.
Tips; We have been enjoying Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth.
Make it dirty and add 5ml olive brine.
