30ml Koji Spirits Yuzushu

30ml NEO Yuzu New World Gin

20ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

Nori & Orange Salt for the glass rim

EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE

Cocktail strainer & shaker

We coat our glass rim in Nori Salt by dipping the glass rim in orange or lemon juice,

then dipping the rim into salt, chopped nori, and orange zest

Pour 30ml Yuzushu & 30ml NEO into the shaker

Add 20ml Lemon Juice & 15ml Sugar into the shaker

Add ice into your shaker & shake

Add ice to your glass

Strain the cocktail into your glass

Enjoy!
