45ml Chilli Koji
20ml Lime Juice
150ml Ginger Beer
Lime wedge
3-4 Mint leaves
EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE
Highball glass
Stirrer
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour Chilli Koji and lime juice into a glass filled with ice.
Add mint and top with the ginger beer.
Stir.
Garnish with lime wedge.
