Ingredients

45ml  Koji Spirits Rice Shochu

15ml  Grapefruit Juice

15ml  Lemon Juice

15ml  Sugar Syrup

90ml  Soda Water slice




EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE

Glass: Highball, chilled


Equipment: Jigger, Bar Spoon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Measure Shochu, juice and sugar syrup into the glass.

Add dry ice & stir to combine liquids.

Slowly pour the soda water into the glass.

Using the barspoon, gently lift the ice through the drink to mix. Enjoy!


TIP: When pouring the soda water, pour it to the side of the glass slowly. This will help to mix it gently.
