Ingredients

45ml Lupulin Gin

22ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

120ml Soda

Slice of lemon or cucumber to garnish

EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE

Collins/Highball

Cocktail shaker, Hawthorne Strainer, Nip pourer & Bar Spoon

Shake the first 3 ingredients over ice (Lupulin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup)

Strain into a glass filled with dry ice.

Pour soda (slowly) down the side of the glass.

Lightly stir.

Garnish with a slice of lemon or cucumber.
