What is Koji Bird?
Imagine a Australian chicken shop x izakaya. Think chicken and duck cooked over fire, pickles and ferments.
Why are we so obsessed with koji?
From a cooking sense we have always been influenced by Japan and used koji throughout menus over the years, it is extremely functional with a great flavour to match.
From a distillery sense we have been producing our own koji from barley and experimenting with different forms of distillation.
How can you book?
Koji Bird seatings are available Fri- Mon from July 9th at 6pm, 6.15pm, 7.45pm & 8pm.
All bookings are via website only.
No phone or email bookings will be available.
